IBF Standards Training Scheme (IBF-STS)
A programme accredited under the IBF Standards is eligible for funding under the IBF Standards Training Scheme (IBF-STS), subject to all eligibility criteria being met. Candidates are advised to assess the suitability of the programme and its relevance to participants’ business activities or job roles.

Financial Training Scheme (FTS)
A programme recognised under the Financial Training Scheme (FTS) and is eligible for FTS claims is subject to all eligibility criteria being met. This in no way represents an endorsement of the quality of the training provider and programme and participants are advised to assess the suitability of the programme and its relevance to participants’ business activities or job roles.
The FTS is available to eligible entities based on the prevalent funding eligibility, quantum and caps. FTS claims may only be made for recognised programmes with specified validity period. Please refer to www.ibf.org.sg for more information.

Yvonne Goh
CA (Singapore), FCCA, Master of TaxationYvonne Goh is a dedicated accounting and taxation professional with over 20 years of experience bridging academic leadership and practical tax advisory. She is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore, an Accredited Tax Practitioner (Income Tax), and a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA).
Currently, Yvonne serves as a Lecturer and Head of School for Professional Education at the London School of Business and Finance (Singapore Campus). In this capacity, she leads the professional school overseeing the ACCA and Singapore Chartered Accountant Qualification (SCAQ) programmes. Her role involves ensuring academic excellence, mentoring tutors, and delivering high-impact lectures on Singapore taxation. She is widely recognized for her ability to translate complex tax regulations into accessible, practical knowledge for students and professionals alike.
Yvonne’s expertise extends well beyond the classroom. For over a decade, she served as an independent Tax Advisor at Kaiden Group, providing specialized Singapore tax advisory for individuals and corporations. Since 2021, she has partnered closely with private bankers to offer tailored tax strategies for High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), deepening her proficiency in integrating tax considerations into holistic wealth management solutions.
Her contribution to the profession includes authoring and reviewing professional-level taxation materials. She collaborated with BPP Learning Media to create applied taxation case studies for the SCAQ Professional Programme (formerly Singapore Qualification Programme). Her early career was built on a solid foundation in finance, having held positions in the finance divisions of Singapore Press Holdings and Far East Organization.
Yvonne holds a Master of Taxation from the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS).
