IBF Standards Training Scheme (IBF-STS)
A programme accredited under the IBF Standards is eligible for funding under the IBF Standards Training Scheme (IBF-STS), subject to all eligibility criteria being met. Candidates are advised to assess the suitability of the programme and its relevance to participants’ business activities or job roles.

Financial Training Scheme (FTS)
A programme recognised under the Financial Training Scheme (FTS) and is eligible for FTS claims is subject to all eligibility criteria being met. This in no way represents an endorsement of the quality of the training provider and programme and participants are advised to assess the suitability of the programme and its relevance to participants’ business activities or job roles.
The FTS is available to eligible entities based on the prevalent funding eligibility, quantum and caps. FTS claims may only be made for recognised programmes with specified validity period. Please refer to www.ibf.org.sg for more information.

Ng Jui Kheng
MSc (Financial Engineering)Ng Jui Kheng is a financial industry veteran with over 38 years of experience, characterized by a dual specialization in Treasury Department trading responsibilities and Private Banking. His career began in 1979 in the money broking industry, where he spent six years before transitioning to the treasury department of a top-tier American bank. Over the next two decades, he held a diverse array of roles including futures broker, treasury salesman, and derivatives trader, managing financial products such as forward rate agreements, interest rate swaps, and currency options. Notably, Jui Kheng is credited as the creator of the Dual Currency product, originally introduced to the market as the "Premium Deposit."
Following his extensive tenure in Treasury, Jui Kheng transitioned to the Private Banking sector, where he spent 12 years applying his financial market knowledge to wealth management. He began as a Product Specialist in currency trading and fixed income. He later joined a leading French Private Bank as an Investment Counsellor and subsequently to a Relationship Manager, providing advisory services in managing clients’ portfolios. He retired from the corporate sector in 2017.
He had served as one of the Examination Questions Setters for the national accreditation and certification agency for financial competency. He had also served as an assessor for a leading institute for wealth management education.
Jui Kheng holds a Master of Science in Financial Engineering and a Bachelor of Business Administration, both from the National University of Singapore (NUS). His academic excellence is highlighted by his receipt of the Centre for Financial Engineering Director’s Award.
