IBF Standards Training Scheme (IBF-STS)
A programme accredited under the IBF Standards is eligible for funding under the IBF Standards Training Scheme (IBF-STS), subject to all eligibility criteria being met. Candidates are advised to assess the suitability of the programme and its relevance to participants’ business activities or job roles.

Financial Training Scheme (FTS)
A programme recognised under the Financial Training Scheme (FTS) and is eligible for FTS claims is subject to all eligibility criteria being met. This in no way represents an endorsement of the quality of the training provider and programme and participants are advised to assess the suitability of the programme and its relevance to participants’ business activities or job roles.
The FTS is available to eligible entities based on the prevalent funding eligibility, quantum and caps. FTS claims may only be made for recognised programmes with specified validity period. Please refer to www.ibf.org.sg for more information.

Lim Chuin Hao
MSc (Applied Finance)Lim Chuin Hao is Head of Manager & Index Research at Das Family Office, responsible for the review and selection of active and passive fund solutions offered in the Singapore-based independent asset management company.
Prior to the current role, Chuin Hao was a Managed Investments Specialist (or similar roles) with over 16 years of client-facing experience for the Private Banking business segment at Union Bancaire Privée, Standard Chartered Bank, Barclays Bank PLC and Deutsche Bank Private Wealth Management. His expertise lies in the sales, advisory, and training of managed investment products, ranging from ETFs and mutual funds to discretionary mandates to complex private market solutions and hedge funds, as well as portfolio optimisation and asset allocation analysis.
Uniquely, Chuin Hao possesses a dual background in Technology and Finance. Before entering the banking sector, he was a Project Manager at the Infocomm Development Authority (IDA). This foundation in IT allows him to bring strong analytical capabilities to investment portfolio analysis and technical training.
Chuin Hao holds a Master of Science in Applied Finance from Singapore Management University (SMU) and a Bachelor in Computing from Monash University.
